Accommodation
Participants can book a hotel on their own or from a reserved contingent of rooms in two hotels (see below).
We strongly recommend to make the reservations as early as possible, as the workshop overlaps with a city festival in Regensburg, so the hotels can be in high demand.
The nicest hotels are in the city centre, from which the workshop site can be reached by bus within 15-20 minutes. However, due to the city festival it may be noisy in some places.
The prices (per night, breakfast included) are:
- Single-room: 78 €
- Double-room: 85 € (one person) / 100 € (two persons)
- Free cancellation until 6 weeks before arrival
- The conference site is within walking distance
- The railway station and the old city are within 20 minutes by bus
